Shipping Policy

Orders purchased will be processed within 1-2 business days.

USPS shipping times are usually 3-5 business days from the date the order shipped, which does not include Saturday and Sunday.

Please ensure that you put the correct shipping address so that your items go to the correct address.

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Refund Policy

The buyer has 24 hours after purchase to cancel an order to request a full refund.  Any time after that the order will be processed and shipped out.

JaRaChan Cosmetics does NOT accept any returned merchandise unless the incorrect product was received in error. 

All sales are FINAL.
